1 Log files

a. Data processing

If you visit our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or transmit data in any other way (e.g. via a contact form), the following information is automatically transmitted from your browser to our server: ‍

- Name of the website from which you are visiting us
- Name of the accessed offer page (URL) or the accessed file

- Transferred data volumes and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)

This data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider for 12 months. The IP addresses are stored in pseudonymised form. It is not possible to identify a person from this data.

b. Purposes and legal basis

When you visit this website, we use the IP address and the other data automatically transmitted by your browser to our server under section 4. 1 a in order to

- (i) provide you with the requested content
- (ii) ensure the security and stability of our website and track unauthorised use
- (iii) to enable convenient use of our website.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data processing purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

c. Storage period

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. If the data is stored in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses are anonymised by deleting the last eight bits so that it is no longer possible to identify the calling client.

When you visit our website, content from the American company Webflow, Inc. 398 11th St., Floor 2, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA is transmitted. We use this service to maintain and provide the content of this website. Webflow processes your data in the USA. By means of standard contractual clauses, the provider undertakes to carry out the processing in a level of data protection corresponding to the European GDPR. 

Webflow uses services for the distributed provision of static data (Content Delivery Network, CDN). These are website-files.com, unpkg.com, jsdelivr.com and cloudfront.net. When you access these files, your IP address is transmitted to the respective companies. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the high-performance transmission of the components of our website.
